Theo Alexander, MBA, LCCA

Theo Alexander has 29 years of proven experience in the human services field. He has worked with abused and neglected youth (domestic and immigrant) and immigrant families. He has demonstrated strengths in program development, operations management, risk management, strategic planning, budget management, regulatory compliance, professional development, and collaboration with local, state, and government stakeholders. In addition, he has previously served on the board Risk Mitigation Committee.

He believes it is essential for his agency to seek out opportunities and strive for excellence by continuously learning, improving, and growing together.

Theo is currently a Licensed Child Care Administrator through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a Project Management Graduate Certificate from University of Phoenix.
